Please be informed that Elizalde Tormis Canete, alias Jinggoy, 36 years old, Commander of Pulang Bagani Company, Roc, SMRC and a res of Monkayo,Comval who was charged with 11 afflictive cases mostly murder with no bail recommended, all issued by RTC, 11th Judicial Region is now temp detained with Dcpo pending issuance of commitment order before the Court.
Said suspect was properly turned-over around 415pm today via Helicopter at Tactical Operation Group 11 by personnel of Don Carlos Municipal Police, Bukidnon province who effected the arrest with the 103rd Bde while confined at the hosp after the encounter with 103rd Brigade on May 10, 2018 somewhere in Kitao-tao Bukidnon.
