Dutertes endorse Floirendo, del Rosarios

It’s a battle of the photo ops that is happening now in Davao del Norte as top candidates for the gubernatorial and congressional races are scrambling for photo opportunities with popular politicians whom they think could help in their upcoming campaign.

PDP-Laban’s bet Edwin Jubahib, Allan Dujali, and Pantaleon Alvarez initially posted photos of them with President Rodrigo Duterte during the PDP-Laban’s campaign sortie in Cebu City.

In the photo, Jubahib and Dujali were seen raising both hands of President Duterte.

Dujali also posted a photo of him with Senator Manny Pacquiao in the same event where the boxing champ also raised his hand.

Supporters of the team of Alvarez readily hailed the photos as an endorsement to their bets’ candidacies by the two most popular personalities in the country that could easily spell their victory.

In less than a day however, the camp of Cong. Tonyboy Floirendo readily released a video of Pacquiao thanking Floirendo for all his support in the boxing industry at the same time asking for people’s “support” for the 2nd district congressman.

The following day, Floirendo’s camp again posted in their FB Page Serbisyo Una photos of the Hugpong ng Pagbabago top bets with no less than President Rodrigo Duterte, Mayor Sara Duterte and Christopher Go.

The Dutertes jointly raised the hands of Floirendo and Governor Anthony del Rosario who were both running for the 2nd and 1st congressional posts in the coming election.

President Duterte also raised the hands of Rodney del Rosario who is seeking the gubernatorial post.
