Rodolfo Azurin, Jr. has ordered for the in-depth investigation of the attempted escape of three PUPCs namely Arnel Cabintoy, Idang Susukan and Feliciano Sulayao Jr. from the Custodial Center early morning, October 9, 2022. Based on the initial report, in their attempt to escape, they stabbed one police officer. Another police on-duty was able to respond and he fired towards the PUPCs hitting Cabintoy and Susukan.
