A precautionary hold departure order was issued by a Davao City court against officers of the controversial Kapa Ministry International.
The order was issued by Regional Trial Court 11 Executive Judge Emmanuel Carpio on July 1, 2019.
Included in the hold departure order are Joel Apolinario, Margie Apolinario Danao, Marisol M. Diaz, Adelfa Fernandico, Moises Mopia, Catherine Evangelista, and Rene Catubigan aliad Pastor Catubigon.
The court said that the respondents have a high chance of leaving the country to evade facing the charges filed against them in relation to the investment scheme involving their group.
